As much as I hate going to Big E because it means that my car is battered and needs body work, I always am very happy with the level of professional service I receive. I've taken many makes, models and years of cars here and every time they come out looking newer and cleaner than they were when I dropped them off. They also always make dealing with insurance a non-issue. One more thing, after they are done they wash and detail your car when they are done! Take the extra time to come out to Burien to get your car fixed here. If rental cars aren't your cup of tea, it's a 10 min walk to the Burien Park & Ride where you can easily get to Seattle or Bellevue.

My wife had the misfortune to have to use there services [a bucket of paint fell off a truck and got her Volvo]. They were recommended by State Farm Ins.. They made the car look better than new. Nice people to deal with.
I ave had many cars in this shop and all of the work has been great and on time. This shop is clean and the employees are very helpful. If you are in the area or not this is a shop worth the drive to get the job done right the first time. I have never had to return a car for bad work. They might cost a little more but well worth it.
